Beginner’s Basic Fondant and Gumpaste Workshop – 6 Lessons

Including Ingredients, Lunch, Snack (except Assorted Paint Brushes, 8 Inch square or Round Styro, Boxes to put Finished Products.  Students are Requested to Bring  their own materials also available for sale at the National Bookstore or at cost at the Culinary Studio).  Students will Learn How to Make/Mix Fondant and Gumpaste Recipes to Make Leaves, Roses, Daisies, Carnation, Ribbons, Curliques, Draping, Overlays, Cut Outs, Design and Cover the Cake of their Choice Using 8 Inch Styrofoam.
