i already had an experience in baking... but i need more techniques and ideas regarding baking and cooking.
maybe this will be of great help for me in planning to stand for a bake shope business in my province in the future.

I attended your Baking Desserts Course last 11/28/09. I tried to bake your Crinkles and it was really a hit to everyone who has tasted it.. however i noticed that altho it seems to be perfect because its crispy outside and soft inside...what worries me is that it crumbles so easily. I'm not sure what I have been doing wrong. I would appreciate if you could give me some tips on what i need to do to have my Crinkles perfect.
