Savory Crepe

It’s here! The third episode of Bull Kitchen! In this episode Chef Ernest and Chef Paris show you how to make Savory Crepe (thank you Tina Valencia for the wonderful suggestion)!   1. Mix in a bowl with a wire whisk then strain: 3 tbsp. oil, 1 ½ cups fresh milk, 2 cup all purpose flour,1 ½ cup water 3 whole egg., 2 tbsp. granulated sugar, ½ tsp. salt .
  2. Heat a 6 to 8 inch non stick pan over medium heat. Brush lightly with oil.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of crepe mixture on pan. Swirl pan and cook until it leaves the sides of the pan. Slide cooked crepe on 8″x8″ wax paper.
  4. Add 2 tbsp each of pork floss, magnolia mayo, grated Magnolia quickmelt cheese. Roll. Microwave on high 30 seconds in Samsung Microwave. Serve hot.
